Richard Judge
Biography
Richard Judge joined the Insolvency Service in July 2012. Prior to this he had a varied career in industry that spanned the nuclear, rail and environmental sectors in the UK and internationally.
His work has involved leading highly skilled teams to improve performance and customer focus in both public and private sectors.
His previous roles include:
- Interim Chief Executive, Rural Payments Agency
- Chief Executive, Cefas (an agency of Defra)
