Richard Dewell
Biography
Richard Dewell was the British Consul General in Ekaterinburg from February 2019 to March 2023. He joined the Foreign & Commonwealth Office in 2000 and has served overseas in Bishkek, Tallinn, New York, the Pitcairn Islands, Geneva and Brussels. He is also a qualified accountant.
