Biography

Richard Collier-Keywood has been Global Vice-Chairman of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) since 1 November 2011 and served as its Managing Partner. Richard is responsible co-ordinating PwC’s global strategy across the network, leading PwC’s Network Executive Team.

Prior to this Richard was Tax Global Leader, an appointment he took up on 1 July 2008. He served as Head of Tax at PricewaterhouseCoopers Tax Services United Kingdom for 5 years where he was admitted as a Partner in 1992.

Richard is a trained barrister and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and has specialised in tax since 1984. He is a specialist in corporate and international taxation with a particular focus on US companies in Europe, corporate restructurings, corporate trading models, mergers and acquisitions.
