Richard Brooks
Biography
Richard Brooks is programme and delivery director at Dstl. He is a former chief operating officer at the UK Hydrographic Office. He is a chartered mechanical engineer, a chartered member of the Institute of Personnel and Development, and a member of the Royal Corps of Naval Constructors.
He has spent his career in MOD and its agencies in a variety of technical, project management, change leadership and HR roles.
