Rachel Coleman
Biography
Rachel joined the Cabinet Office as Human Resources (HR) Director in October 2017 and is responsible for all people related activities within the Cabinet Office.
Prior to joining the Civil Service, Rachel spent 13 years at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) in a variety of HR roles, latterly as HR Director with responsibility for UK Employee Relations, Policy and Diversity & Inclusion.
Rachel’s career commenced at Barclays Bank on the Business Leadership Programme (HR stream) before progressing into general leadership and HR Business Partner roles. Rachel is married with three young children and lives in London.
