Rachel Campbell
Biography
Rachel Campbell was the Interim Director of Organisational Design and HR at the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) from October 2015 to March 2016.
Career
Rachel was Head of Organisational Design and HR at DVSA from November 2014.
She has been with DVSA and it predecessor agencies since 1996 and has held a number of positions including:
- Project Executive for rolling out next generation testing for commercial vehicles
- Head of Change and Organisational Design
- Head of Reward and Resourcing
Before joining the Civil Service, Rachel worked in local government in Wiltshire.
