Philippa Harvey
Biography
Philippa joined the Vaccine Task Force as the Supply Director in 2022 and now leads the enduring COVID vaccine function in the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA), ensuring the UK remains protected from coronavirus (COVID-19) and best engages with the new global COVID-19 vaccine market. She is also the SRO-designate for HMG’s Moderna/UK strategic partnership and is ensuring learning from the Vaccine Task Force and the pandemic embed in the health system.
Philippa is an experienced leader and programme director within the Civil Service. Key achievements include delivering a safe, secure and resilient COP26 Summit, creating PensionWise (a completely new government service) and working on internal reform programmes within the Ministry of Defence (MOD).
