Sir Philip Trousdell KBE, CB
Biography
Sir Philip Trousdell joined as Chairman of the CNPA Board in September 2011. He served in the army until 2005. Since then he has held a number of appointments in the private sector as adviser to chairmen and owners of commercial organisations. He is chairman of a company that develops leadership processes at board level.
Much of his time is taken up with charity work in the military sector, especially for Help For Heroes - he is a trustee of Tedworth House Recovery Centre and has pedalled over 4,000 miles raising money - and the Gurkha Welfare Trust where he raises funds and project manages the construction of sheltered housing for geriatric, destitute ex-Gurkhas and their widows.
