Philip Loyd

Biography

Philip Lloyd was Interim Chief Financial Officer at the Oil and Gas Authority from June to November 2016.

Philip is a qualified accountant and a Fellow of the CMA. His career has encompassed many finance leadership roles in the public sector - including working for Consumer Council for Water, the Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority, Her Majesty’s Courts Service, the Learning and Skills Council and four director roles in the NHS. Philip is a trustee and Chair of the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee for LEPRA.
