Phil Hammond
Biography
Phil Hammond was the Director of Casework at the Inspectorate with responsibility for the casework administration of all planning and enforcement appeals (Planning Act 2008) together with a wide variety of specialist and environmental appeals/orders. Phil has over 28 years’ experience in the Civil Service across numerous Departments.
