Peter Handcock CBE
Biography
Peter Handcock is Chief Executive of the HM Courts and Tribunals Service.
He started his civil service career in county courts before joining the Ministry of Justice’s fast-stream programme. He has worked in the court and tribunal system for over 30 years, in both operational and headquarters posts, covering operational delivery, business change and policy on both civil and family justice, and legal aid.
