Peter joined High Speed Two Ltd in 2011. As HR Director, he is responsible for resourcing, learning and development, reward, employee relations and engagement.
Peter is also a member of the Executive Committee, contributing to the growth of the organisation in developing the Phase One hybrid Bill and preparing for construction.
Before joining HS2, Peter held senior HR positions in the private and public sectors, including the Ford Motor Company, Barclays Capital, Barclays plc, Centrica and the Department for Transport.
He has also been an independent consultant on Talent Management and an executive coach.
Peter holds a BA in Politics from Sheffield University and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
