Paula Leach
Biography
Paula Leach served as the Chief People Officer for the Home Office from 2016 until 2109.
Paula had overall responsibility for all our employee and health and safety Policies, reward, recruitment, learning and skills and our People Capability Strategy linked to the Home Office transformation agenda.
Paula took on the role of Chief People Officer in April 2016 and leads a professional HR function of HR Directors and business partners working alongside each operational command, policy teams and the Capabilities and Resources Group.
Paula spent the first 18 years of her career as an HR professional in Ford Motor Company where she worked across many functions and disciplines including 3 years living and working in the USA. Paula joined the Home Office HR team in October 2014 as HR Director for Leadership, People Strategy and Change, Learning and Skills.
