Paul Whittingham
Biography
Paul Whittingham has been head of DFID Burma since 2008.
He previously worked on Tanzania and China, and on international trade issues.
Before joining DFID in 1998, Paul worked as an elections supervisor in Bosnia as well as for the European Commission.
Paul has degrees in French and German and international relations / European studies.
