Paul Shipley

Biography

Before his appointment to the role of ICT Director, Paul was the Access to Justice IT Director in the Ministry of Justice, accountable for IT services for HM Courts Service, Tribunals Service and several arm’s-length bodies, including the Legal Services Commission. He was responsible for rolling out the Libra system to magistrates’ courts across the country and held interim roles at Fujitsu Services, Cable and Wireless and Capita. Paul has worked at senior levels in BT, PA Consulting Group and Shell. He is a PRINCE2 registered practitioner and SFIA competency owner in the government IT profession.
