Paul Satoor

Biography

Paul Satoor became the Director of People and Transformation for the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) in September 2016.

Paul had been DVSA’s Director of Organisational Development and HR since June 2013, and was Interim Chief Executive from October 2015 to March 2016. Before then, Paul held positions including:

  • Director of Organisational Development at the Vehicle and Operator Services Agency (VOSA)
  • Director of HR and Change at VOSA
  • HR roles at Land Registry
  • HR consultancy roles across the private and public sectors, including health and social care
