Paul Neville

Biography

Paul is Director of Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) at UK Export Finance (UKEF). He has been with UKEF since May 2022 in the process bringing together digital, technology, data and change and transformations teams from across the Department to form a new DDaT function based on cross-government approaches and standards.

Paul has extensive experience in digital, technology and business change across commercial and not-for-profit sectors. Prior to joining UKEF Paul was Corporate Director of Digital & ICT at the London Borough of Waltham Forest where he led sector-leading modernisation, and was also one of the founders of the London Office of Technology & Innovation. The majority of Paul’s career has been in the commercial sector, leading customer-focused digitisation at Sky and BT amongst others, as well as working with start-ups and leading UK charities Marie Curie and Macmillan Cancer Care as a consultant. Paul has featured regularly in digital industry publications and has been recognised for his innovation work via the CIO 100 list.
