Paul McGuire
Biography
Paul is a qualified accountant with 25 years’ experience in finance across both the private and public sectors, including 9 years specifically in skills.
He is the Board member who leads the Operations Directorate, and as Chief Financial Officer, he is responsible for the financial management, accounting and control of the £4.5 billion skills budget.
