Paul McGuinness
Biography
Paul is a finance professional with 20 years’ experience in the public and private sectors. He joined the Planning Inspectorate from the Ministry of Defence, where he was Finance Transformation Programme Director for the MoD’s 3,000 strong finance profession. Prior to that Paul was Deputy Director, Finance and Planning, for HMRC’s Customer Compliance Group. Paul started his career with PwC, and worked for a number of years providing financial advice to Local Government on housing, development and regeneration schemes.
