Biography

Paul Coombs joined the Crown Commercial Service in October 2015 as Finance Director.

Paul started his career in local government and moved to the Civil Service in 2004. His previous roles include:

  • Director of Finance and Corporate Services with the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) following the merger of the Vehicle and Operator Service Agency (VOSA) and the Driving Standards Agency (DSA) in 2014
  • Director of Operations, Companies House

Finance Director, Crown Commercial Service (CCS)

The Finance Director is responsible for overseeing the finance department to manage budgets, accounts and financial reporting, as well as governance and estates.
