Patsy Wilkinson

Biography

Patsy is a senior civil servant with over 30 years experience, primarily in defence and national security. Her career has been broad and has included strategy, change leadership, operational delivery and cross-departmental partnerships.

As Director of the Centre for the Protection of National Infrastructure, Patsy led the delivery of protective security advice for the 2012 Olympics. More recently, she has been leading work to shape and build national security capabilities.

Patsy was appointed a Companion of the Order of the Bath in the Queen’s Birthday Honours in 2015.
