Patsy Northern
Biography
Patsy Northern joined the Civil Nuclear Constabulary (CNC) in January 2020 as Director of Corporate Services.
Before joining CNC, Patsy has spent the last 20 years working across the civil service working in senior roles including HM Prison Service, Department of Health and Social Care and HM Courts and Tribunals Service. Her background is extensive in the areas of commercial, commissioning, leading complex and novel projects and programmes and organisational change.
She is also an Infrastructure Projects Authority High Risk Gateway Review Team Leader, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing of Supply, a Registered Project Practitioner with the Association of Project Managers and an accredited Change Management Practitioner with an MBA from the University of Glamorgan.
