Nigel Hamilton

Biography

Nigel had mild haemophilia, and was co-infected with both Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C from contaminated blood products. Following a liver transplant in 2018 his Haemophilia was resolved.
Nigel is the current Chair of Haemophilia Northern Ireland, and has supported the infected and affected community in this capacity. He is a core participant to the Inquiry and is currently a registered volunteer with the Infected Blood Compensation Authority.
