Nicole Westcott
Biography
Nicole Westcott joined Radioactive Waste Management Ltd (RWM) as Director People, HR and Transformation in 2021 from water and waste company Severn Trent PLC where she led across HR Operations, Group Reward and Employee Experience.
Nicole started her career in BT, contributing across a number of leadership roles for customer contact, workforce planning and engineering. She then moved into specialist areas of behavioural change, transformation and HR functions experiencing the change face of BT through a number of industry developments. She joined Severn Trent that expanded her portfolio in HR and Executive/Board experiences.
Nicole has been part of the FTSE100 mentoring scheme that has sponsored females progressing into Executive roles, ambassadors for STEM and participation in transformational initiatives instigated through the Queens Gallery forum at Buckingham Palace.
