Biography

Nicola Bettesworth joined the Rural Payments Agency (RPA) in July 2011. She’s a professionally qualified HR practitioner and has also run a large front-line operational command in the UK Border Agency (UKBA), where she was responsible for immigration and customs controls at 2 UK airports.
