Nick Campsie

Biography

Nick Campsie was appointed Non-Executive Chair of the Legal Aid Agency Board on 22 June 2023. He was a Non-Executive Board Member at the Ministry of Justice from 4 June 2018 until 3 June 2022.

He is a businessman and investor who has held senior positions in the asset management industry, including a decade as Partner of Eton Park Capital Management.

He was previously an Associate Director at Terra Firma Capital Partners, and an Associate at McKinsey and Company.

In 2018, Nick founded the Madison Foundation, a charity focussed on combatting disadvantage, which he now chairs. He has previously served as Chair of Down Syndrome Education International, and Deputy Chair of inclusive theatre group Chickenshed.
