Neil Hewlett
Biography
Neil is a qualified solicitor and experienced corporate and commercial in-house lawyer having worked in either global or pan-European legal roles for a number of American, Danish and English multi-nationals based in the UK, the Netherlands and Belgium.
He has experience of working in the logistics, diversified industrial and chemical sectors including providing legal advice on and negotiating long-term infrastructure projects.
Neil was Director of Legal Services at Morgan Advanced Materials plc where he was responsible for providing corporate and commercial legal support to the Morgan businesses on a global basis and to senior management on acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, high-value/high-risk commercial agreements, disputes and other initiatives while managing a team of lawyers.
