Biography
Neil joined the IPO in April 2015, in an innovative arrangement where the Finance Director role is shared with Companies House, another BIS trading fund, where he has worked since 2012. Prior to that Neil has had a varied public sector career including lead finance and change programme roles at the Infrastructure Planning Commission and the Government Office for the Regions. Earlier posts included HMRC, energy regulation and the planning inspectorate. Neil is a CIPFA qualified accountant, and holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Public Finance & Leadership from Warwick Business School.
