Mike Griffiths CBE
Biography
Mike Griffiths joined the Civil Nuclear Constabulary in October 2012 as the CNC’s Chief Constable / Chief Executive Officer. He began his career as a soldier, commissioned into the King’s Own Royal Border Regiment in 1979 and going on to become its commanding officer. In his recent appointments he was Commander 42 North West Brigade, Director Personal Services (Army), Director Infantry and Director Personnel Operations. Mike served on operations in Northern Ireland, Cyprus, Bosnia and Afghanistan. He retired as a brigadier in 2012.
