Mike Cowin
Biography
Mr Mike Cowin joined the Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) in 1988. He is a member of the FCO Research Cadre, covering Korea and Japan, and has previously served in Tokyo and Seoul. Before taking up his job in Pyongyang, he had spent five years focused predominantly on DPRK-related work in the Pacific Department in London.
