Sir Michael Pitt
Biography
Sir Michael was the Chief Executive of the Planning Inspectorate between March 2011 and June 2014. Before that, Mike’s career included planning, design and construction of major projects and other infrastructure in this country and abroad, working for the private and public sector. More recently, he has held a wide variety of central government appointments.
