Martin Scales
Biography
Martin Scales has been British Deputy High Commissioner to Malawi since July 2014. Martin joined the Foreign and Commonwealth Office in 1997. He has previously served in Oslo, Frankfurt, Gibraltar and Lashkar Gah and various departments at the FCO. Martin is married with two children.
