Martin Richmond
Biography
Martin Richmond joined the Civil Service in 2009 and has worked in various roles within the Cabinet Office and Treasury focusing mainly on the delivery of cross-government efficiency savings.
Prior to joining the Civil Service, Martin spent significant periods in the civil nuclear industry and latterly in the Scottish Police Service providing expertise in strategic procurement, programme management and performance measurement.
