Biography
Martin was appointed HR Director at the National Offender Management Service (now HMPPS) in May 2016. His previous roles include:
- Corporate HR Director, Home Office
- Deputy Director of HR, National Offender Management Service (NOMS)
- HR Director, Heathrow Airport
- Head of ER, Scottish and Newcastle distribution
Executive Director, HR
- advising HMPPS on HR matters, including products and services
- ensuring all staff are well trained and developed, and motivated at work
- employee relations, talent management, and stakeholder and internal communications
- working with other government HR professionals to modernise the overall HR service
