Martha Blom-Cooper
Biography
Martha joined the Legal Aid Agency in July 2023 as Deputy Director responsible for Corporate Services.
Martha joined the Legal Aid Agency from HM Prisons & Probation Service where she had established and led the strategy function. Martha began her Civil Service career as a forensic psychologist working in prisons. She subsequently worked in a range of operational delivery, transformation and strategic roles across prisons, probation, courts and the Parole Board. Martha also worked in social housing developing care and social support services for tenants.
