Lynn Collins
Biography
Lynn Collins is Director of Representation and Organising at the Royal College of Midwives. Lynn took up post in March 2022 having served as TUC Regional Secretary North West for nine years previously and having worked for public sector trades unions for over 30 years. She is a previous chair of HealthWatch Liverpool and has served as a member of the Employment Tribunals. She is currently a Trustee at National Museums Liverpool and the Working Class Movement Library and is an advisory board member at the University of Manchester Work and Equalities Unit.

The Member of the Review Body on Doctors’ and Dentists’ Remuneration is independent. Its role is to make recommendations to the Prime Minister, the Secretary of State for Health, the First Minister and the Cabinet Secretary for Health and Wellbeing of the Scottish Parliament, the First Minister and the Minister for Health and Social Services in the Welsh Assembly Government and the First Minister, Deputy First Minister and Minister for Health, Social Services and Public Safety of the Northern Ireland Executive on the remuneration of doctors and dentists taking any part in the National Health Service.
