Biography
Lord Leong CBE was appointed Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State (Minister for Small Business and Enterprise) in the Department for Business, Innovation, Science and Trade (BIST) on 22 July 2026.
He was previously Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State in the Department of Business and Trade (DBT) between 12 June 2026 and 22 July 2026. He was also Lord in Waiting (Government Whip) between 11 July 2024 and 12 June 2026.
