Lisa Phillips

Biography

Lisa Phillips has been Head of DFID Kenya since July 2013. Before this, she was Head of Director’s Cabinet in the Policy division. Lisa is a long term member of DFID and has also had a brief stint in FCO under the FCO’s Migration Directorate where she worked as a Returns and Reintegration Fund Manager in charge of Leading and managing a cross government (FCO, DFID, MoJ, Home Office) Returns Fund
