Kim Gould MBE
Biography
Kim Gould MBE joined the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) in 1996.
She has previously served in Abidjan, Asmara and Dushanbe. Before taking up her job in Pyongyang she had spent two years on Afghanistan-related work in Afghanistan Department in London.
