Kevin Quinlan

Biography

Kevin Quinlan has been Head of DFID Zambia since September 2012, after being appointed Deputy Head in January 2010.

He joined DFID in 2001 and has served in Nigeria, Tanzania and the Caribbean.

Before that he worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Ireland and later for Oxfam GB including as country representative in Malawi from 1995-1999.

A chartered accountant by training, Kevin holds a degree in accounting, an MBA and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
