Professor Kevin Ibeh is a Commonwealth Scholarship Commissioner.
Kevin is also Pro Vice-Chancellor (International) and Professor of Marketing and International Business at Birkbeck, University of London.

Commonwealth Scholarship Commissioners are responsible for:
- ensuring that the CSC fulfils the aims and objectives set by FCDO
- promoting the efficient and effective use of staff and other resources by the CSC
- ensuring that individuals are selected for Commonwealth Scholarships and Fellowships on merit and on the basis of clear criteria which reflect the objectives of FCDO and, where appropriate, other sponsoring departments
