Kevin Down
Biography
Kevin Down is GAD’s Director of Finance and Support Operations. In addition to finance he is responsible for IT, accommodation, security, health and safety and environmental issues.
He joined GAD in 2006 and has over 20 years’ experience across a number of Government Departments including the Cabinet Office and National School of Government.
After initially working in policy and service delivery roles he decided to specialise in Finance and is qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant.
