Kemi Oguntoye

Biography

Kemi Oguntoye is a residential estate management professional with experience across building safety legislation, service charges, tenant-related issues, and housing operations. She is a qualified practitioner and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Her recent professional roles include positions at Inside the Box Advisory, where she has worked on building safety, asset management, and wider strategic housing projects. She also serves as a Non-Executive Director at Notting Hill Genesis, contributing to areas such as service charge structures, resident experience, and financial oversight.

Kemi sits on several committees and advisory groups, including technical advisor on Homes England’s Cross-Cutting Committee, New London Agenda’s New London Sounding Board British Property Federation’s Building Safety Sounding Board and Committee, and governance committees within Notting Hill Genesis. Her experience includes analysing service charge data, as well as involvement in projects exploring the use of AI-based tools to support decision-making in housing and building safety.
