Keith Bullock
Biography
Keith is an experienced Director of Government Major Programmes. He joined the UK Space Agency following a secondment to the National Physical Laboratory where he was Programme Director for the National Timing Centre. Prior to that he was Portfolio Director for the Future Networks Programme in the Digital Infrastructure directorate in DSIT; this covered R&D into the resilience of mobile radio access network architectures (OpenRAN), the establishment of the UK Telecommunications Lab in Solihull, R&D into spectrum sharing, and a series of regional initiatives to encourage adoption of Advanced Communications Technologies.
Keith joined DCMS in 2018 to deliver the 5G Testbeds & Trials Programme, before that he had a long career in the private sector, working across the mobile and fixed telecommunications domains in a variety of roles, companies and countries.
