Katy Baldwin
Biography
Katy is an Executive Director at UK Government Investments. She is a civil servant with significant experience of public spending, local government finance and housing and planning policy. Prior to UK Government Investments, Katy worked at the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities and HM Treasury and started her Civil Service career at The National Archives. She is a chartered accountant and trustee of Highgate Cemetery. Katy has a degree in history from the University of Oxford and a Master’s from University College London.
