Kathy Gillatt
Biography
Kathy Gillatt was the Transitional Director of Corporate Services for both the Driving Standards Agency (DSA) and Vehicle and Operator Services Agency (VOSA) from July 2013 to June 2014. The agencies merged to form the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) on 1 April 2014. She left the Civil Service in June 2014.
Kathy joined DSA as Director of Finance and Corporate Services in June 2002.
Before joining DSA, she had roles as Group Financial Accountant and Director of Finance and Information in both public and private sector organisations, including listed and unlisted public limited companies and the NHS.
