Kathryn Forsyth
Biography
Kathryn retired from her role within Service Children’s Education in 2015.
She was appointed Acting Chief Executive by the Adjutant General in 2012.
She was appointed Director of Education Services in September 2007, having held a number of educational posts within SCE since September 2000. Her previous roles include:
- Director of the Inspection Agency which was part of the Education Development Unit (EDU) at St Martin’s College in Ambleside, Cumbria
- head teacher of a primary school in Sunderland, identified as a centre of excellence for pupil-centred learning and assessment for learning
