Kath O'Dwyer
Biography
Kath joined Ofsted as Director, Social Care Inspection and Improvement in May 2014, but has now taken on the role of National Director from 1 June 2015. Her initial role was to lead on the design, delivery and review of Ofsted’s improvement offer to local authorities who are judged through inspection to be inadequate or require improvement. Her new role is to lead the social care remit across the organisation, in relation to policy, regulation, inspection and improvement.
