Kath Moore
Biography
Kath brings extensive experience in leading digital transformation and building high-performing digital and data teams across the financial services sector. She joins SLC from AlbaCo a start up Bank, where she served as Chief Technology Officer, driving technology strategy and operational modernisation.
Previously, Kath was Managing Director, Global Head of Operations Transformation for Wealth and Personal Banking at HSBC, where she led major transformation programmes across international markets. Her career also includes senior leadership roles at Barclays Wealth, Halifax Bank of Scotland, Scottish Equitable, and Prudential Assurance, where she delivered large-scale change and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Chief Digital & Data Officer (CDDO) leads the organisation’s digital transformation and data strategy, driving innovation that enhances customer experience and operational efficiency. As a member of the executive leadership team, the CDDO oversees digital platforms, data governance and analytics, ensuring that digital capabilities align with strategic priorities. They champion a data‑driven culture, enabling teams across the business to use insights, automation, and emerging technologies to deliver better outcomes.
