Karen Manners

Biography

Karen was appointed to the Child Safeguarding Practice Review Panel in June 2018 and was interim chair from March 2020 to December 2020.

She was Deputy Chief Constable of Warwickshire Police, and has over 32 years of experience in policing.

She was the national lead for policing on the Vulnerability Action Plan.
